Orange-1 v Appliances-0

Well... out on the rock here we had a more spectacular than usual power drop and surge the other day.
Toaster toasted and washing machine circuit board fried. CR60 survived without a twitch. Thanks for building a resilient circuit Orange  Rb

Lucky for that! I keep my amp on a power surge protected outlet. When I first saw the topic, I thought it was some type of spam selling appliances!

They are pretty resilient. Guitarist in a band I'm drumming has been using mine. Had the amp turned on and then plugged in the speaker cable to the wrong cab input. Luckily nothing bad happened but I shamed him good.
My cat loves the Orange tone!
