They all do that, I had Image Shack and Fotki, they both had a limit of photos until they make you pay for it and stop you from uploading further pics, although in some cases you may be able to delete old ones and put new ones in, not sure. You can certainly delete old ones.
Or maybe just sign up for new accounts.
edit: By the way if it's not clear, the ones I mentioned won't delete your old photos, they just have a limit of 50 photos per free account or something like that.

I was able to drop a link in another forum tonight... but I hate PB too... slower than crap. I had to try and load my library like 4 times... it would load the page and the page would be 95% blank. TBH, I don't use it that often... but doesn't matter. It's a POS site/service, imho.

I'm leaving my sig pic just like it is. I figure it's still eating up their bandwidth to load that message. Let it sit for a while.

I'll have to try and figure out something else soon.
Tried Instagram but couldn't link the pic, tried Facebook but same result as Instagram.....

I use dropbox. Haven't had an issue.
