Outdoor gig today

Post by MikeD » Sun May 07, 2017 7:05 pm

Played for the runners during the Wings for Life World Run in Sweden today. Cold and windy but still there is nothing quite like standing on the back of a truck playing rock´n´roll!!!

Our Orange corner is downright awesome and we really got to crank it today :D :D !!

At least it wasn't moving - did that once - hopefully never again!

Looks like it was fun - nice to do an outdoor gig and get to crank those Oranges!

Since we don't have monitors anymore and do the in-ear thing it works out pretty good space wise. I'm still careful about the edge though cause it's a decent drop. :D

Man that would suck. The last bass player we had was a big guy that would rock back and forth. Last year we played on the same truck and the sway from his rocking was enough to make me naucious... I don't even want to think about the damned truck in movement!!
