NCD - non Orange

Got the extention cab for my AC30 today: Vox V212C with Greenbacks. Sounds huge together with the internal AlNiCo Blues in the AC30.

I really like to get the amp up from the floor a bit. Looks nice as well, don't you think?

yea... I don't like to but I like new stuff too... GAS can be terrible

Yeah, terrible GAS. Since I regret selling my Rocker 30C, OR15, ESP Eclipse Custom 1 and some other stuff I really think twice before selling anything nowadays.

Beautiful vox stack! I wanted to do the same thing with mine before I had to sell it, after playing a friend's with one of each speaker after he blew a blue (ah, words are great..). Perfect mix of that gritty chime and thumping bigness. Don't think we didn't see that DMM. You busted out Pride in the name of love on the first go, huh?

Gotta ask, seeing as you've nearly the Orange catalog and history in your bat cave, which are your favorite amps for what?

Actually "Where the streets have no name" was the first go...

I feel every amp has its own character. For harder stuff, the DD and both OR's are great. When it comes to pure rock tones, the CS, AD and TT are the go to amps.

Nice Vox Ben. I've got my eye on the new Vox heads, they released an AC15 and AC30 that look really good, I was thinking of trading in my AC15 combo for one of those.
