Photo image resizer software?

This question is to Andy really, but I can't remember the software he recommended to me many many moons ago.

Now that I have a new flash windows 10 PC with solid state drive that I built, my own memory is failing me.

It has a new 64bit version too. Handy if you need to resize non Gopro images for use with Gopro Studio which only accepts images 4000x3000 for some reason

Glad yiu got it sorted. That may (or may not) be of use to some of us. Didn't a forum member here record a gig with a go pro clipped to his headstock?

FastStone will also do individual or bulk resizing. Available from http://ninite.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (along with many other indispensible free tools)

Paint.net is a free image editor that will also resize but individually only.

For those in the Mac environment, Preview, which is built-in, does that easily.

I work in a photography store, we use Perfect Resize when we absolutely need to resize an image to a LARGER size. It does a really good job calculating the extra pixels. For anything else, Photoshop is our go-to.
