Congrats on the OR
Certainly is. And yeah, congrats on the OR120. Does look super clean. I'd be getting that one a nice sleeve cover to keep it that way.

I've got a few amps / cabs needing decent covers myself, though the list isn't quite that long!

Andy.

Thanks much!
Yes this one IS exceptionally clean and I need to dedicate a somewhat "cleanroom" temp/humidity etc for all my gear so to keep them nice, especially the heads. Its the damn 4X12 stacks ad PA gear that take up so much room!
I'm sure you could contact the army and ask them to build you a temperature / humidity controlled facility / fortress to house all your gear.

After all, you, Sir, have an arsenal capable of producing a wall of sound that would surely protect your country and reduce any assailant to beg for mercy.

It's a very serious collection indeed! Must be fun to have the dilemma to chose which to play!!!!

Holy Moses!

Congratulations on the collection! I do wonder, though, if you've considered adding any Hiwatts or Fenders to the family? A cranked DR103 is a nearly religious experience...

Yes I have considered Hiwatt and haven't come across one with timing right, my little Sound City 50 Plus absolutely kicks A.... but for some reason I've never been a Fender amp guy (guitar guy) but I'm sure I'm missing some things.

I feel a lot of vintage Orange lovers would also love the old Laney Supergroup's, they are wonderful!

Yeah, I missed the Sound City the first time I read your list. Incredible! So jealous.

It was only the very early Sound City amps which bore any resemblance to Hiwatts. Those later ones are very different, active tone controls for starters.

Hope you find a real Hiwatt sometime. Give some of your Marshalls a real scare! ;)

You also mentioned seeking a Hiwatt cab for your new Orange.

I couldn't help but notice you're situated in the PNW.

We should chat.

Yes I would love to have an early DR103. I believe the only Reeves Sound City was the Mark I where Dave was hired to build for Arbitor from there they went down hill. However I'll say you can't beat Partridge Transformers...My 70's Laney employee (after hour custom built hot rod) "Music City" L/B (Laney spin off) is insane, the dynamics of sounds this amp can express to make the hair on your legs dace is amazing. Oh still looking for a LOGO!!!!
