Hello lovely people. How are things... did you miss me?
So, after more or less retiring from gigging a couple of years back and downsizing my rig due to space limitations, I bought another Dark Terror on Monday. I just need to get a cab for it and I'll be up and running again!
Yes, I've learnt a valuable lesson... no, I won't do it again. Probably
I'm back!

Ah!
Welcome back!!!!
Congrats on getting a new amp..... nothing is quite as good as a lovely amplified mayhem!!!!!
Are you getting back into a band, or is the amp for your own practice pleasure?

Re: I'm back!
I'm hoping there will be some live stuff at some point, Ant... Either with Skullfunk or something very like it. No concrete plans yet though!
I was always amplified, I've been using a Blackstar HT-5 combo, but that will be heading off to pastures new soon, I hope

Re: I'm back!
Good to hear you managed to remain amplified!!!
Yeah, that Dk Terror will..... errr.... make that HT5 totally redundant I expect. Its a nice littel amp enough, but nowhere as dynamic as what you just got your hands on to.......!!!!! And I dare say, the Dk terror will be much less polite too..... in the most pleasant way!!!!
Hoqw are things for you in the south of England?
Do you ever come back to Derby these days?

Yeah, the Blackstar is a great amp, but it's just a little bit... safeLes Paul Lover wrote:Good to hear you managed to remain amplified!!!

It's all good Dahn Sahf, dude - yes, I get up to Derby as often as I can (which isn't often enough, tbh). Do you still have the same mobile number? I'll let you know next time I'm heading up, would be great to see you and have a catch up.
