+1
Chapper's review of the new RV MKlll could be the worst review ever and period, despite the fact that Ade was participating. Totally pointless vid.

PGS Andy is my favorite player/showcaser/marketer/demoguy, but I don't think I would call him a reviewer persé. They really know how to get awesome sounds onto YouTube, and it's awesome that Andy's favorite personal amp is (or used to be) an old OR120.
Edit: totally forgot, the guys from TheGigRig are awesome too. They shoot a weekly YouTube show with a bunch of pedals and really get into detail, besides being really fun to watch.

I'd like to add though that I think the idea of a pedal 'reviewer' is kind of nonsense, the sound can be so extremely subjective and differs enormously from setup to setup. The best you really can hope for is someone that can simply explain what the pedal objectively does and in which ways it can affect signal.

Andy at PGS is the best! Love Gearmanndude and Kfir Ochaion.Chappers and the Captain. Brett Kingman. Mike Hermans. Pete Thorn...lots of killer demos these days.

even tho many 'reviewers' are paid by the manufacturers for their demos, we still get to hear some great pedals compared by some great players. remove their commentary, just listen to the tone and you have a non-biased review, true?
what can be asserted without proof can be dismissed without proof

I wasn't expecting anyone else to have mentioned him...
I think he's one of the best reviewers too but like most on here we probably listen to them all when bored

Not a big fan. Too many superfluous "u"s in his language.
Actually, he does do a great job. I've watched a few of his reviews as tie breakers.

Yeah, I'll go through quite a few as well.
What I like about Brett Kingman is that he does a lot of "lesser known" pedals. If you want a review of a TC Electronics etc whatever, there are a ton of reviews out there.

I like how he lets you hear what he's reviewing before any waffle...
and come to think of it I don't remember hearing him do any Orange reviews

I take it this is for the Bax? Honestly why not get Andy (Ahun) to do one for you? His level of detail is second to none and he certainly knows his Orange gear! I like someone like Andy who can compare it to other models of the same brand. Also he plays guitar and bass and already wrote a badass and non-bias review.
My guitarist just got the bax and holy tits on a man is it amazing. It turns his dual terror into a 3 thousand dollar amp.
Spector Euro 4LX, Spector Coda4, Orange Terror Bass 1000, Orange OBC410 and 115 cabinets. Orange and Spector endorsed bassist for Lone Star Demons.

Kind words. Cheers.
Maybe Alex is looking for where to send the ever so slightly rumoured new Orange pedals for review. (Or for development tips???)
I'd of course be happy to help out but TBH I'm way more an amphead than footpedal freak. (Though that's slowly changing, mainly due to the difficulty of sneaking in any more amps!)
Anyway
they'd probably have to kill me to keep me quiet, and I don't want that!

Seems like a pretty fair review too!

HA!! No kidding! If that showed as a 5 star Amazon rating comment Orange would sell another 50 units from it alone!

Whenever I'm interested in a particular pedal, I go and watch (and read) as many reviews of it as I can. Often when I'm finished, I no longer have any interest in the product - or anything similar!
For entertainment I subscribe to The Gig Rig's "That Pedal Show" and I watch Rob Chapman and the Anderton's channels quite often. I wouldn't say that any of their videos are really unbiased reviews but Chapman/Anderton's often have products before I hear of them elsewhere. That Pedal Show is excellent information and I've found it very informative but they mostly deal with pedal types rather than specific pedals. I suspect that is deliberate on Daniel's part.
If there was a Bax being positioned for review; I'd like to see Dave Simpson
https://www.youtube.com/user/oldhatguitars/videos do a review. Everything Dave reviews appears to be fantastic but I think he really does think so! I like him and I'm sure he would like anything sent to him.
