Orange AD140 LEAD vs Orange Overdrive Series II

Hi,

Considering a new tube head for guitar and I've looked at a used Orange AD140 LEAD (p-2-p Custom Shop) and a Vintage Overdrive Series II from 1979.
Anyone here tried these? If so, how do they compare to each other?
How would they compare with a classic Marshall?
Which one would you go for?

Would be interesting to get some input on these.
