Post by Jondog » Thu Mar 12, 2015 5:17 pm

Premier Guitar "Can't wait to fire up the new Rockerverb 50 MKIII from Orange Amplifiers. The new model includes a footswitchable attenuator, new clean and distortion channel voicings, and more useable reverb."

Didn't notice at first; 'Pics only' faceplate. Looks good. I think I'm gonna wait for this instead of having a new Mkll.

I have to see what this attenuator does for the clean channel. I'm excited about this one!

I'm a bit skeptical though as NAMM was only 2 months ago but it does look very real and it's no April 1.

Footswitch attenuator could be huge!

There was a shop pic posted awhile ago with an unrecognizable amp in the background. Perhaps it was this.

Wasn't that one the Bensnake Lead 50?

Seriously, that attenuator, if footswitch defeatable, is our dream come true re: lead boosts.

Could also help you use that low gain clean channel as a proper low gain channel without totally deafening everyone. And everyone's neighbours. And the neighbour's neighbours too. I mean, that could be handy.

I seem to remember correctly identifying the mystery amp as a Rockerverb 50 Mk III...

It seems to have a 'full' and 'half' switch as well. Great! :D I wonder how they've changed the voicing btw... :?
