So silly me. After emailing with Orange Support for my warranty, they sent me an email for some troubleshooting. I made such a rookie mistake and had the effects send and return jacks switched this whole time! Ahhh! I didn't even think to look and completely assumed the position for these jacks was universal on all amps. Ah well, live and learn!
But It's still allive!!! Love this amp!!!
:D
I made the same error; so don't feel too frustrated. I did have my (fairly) new Dark Terror go down last year due to a blown power tube taking out a fuse. After my vendor went through some tests with me, they asked for it to be shipped back. The usual parts and shipping charge was not cheap. I'd forgotten that tubes are not warranted after 30 days and I was into the 10th. month of ownership.
Yes, tube amps can be a challenge sometimes.

Enjoy that amp! It is a wonderful design IMHO, with a tone to match.
