You definitely should sport a mullet with that outfit, for full effect. I'm actually surprised neither of them have one.

I kid you not - I have a pair of those. (The pants, not the shorts)

Gigging can definitely get you down when you have a bad experience. The approach that my current band has these days is to hit it hard and play a fair number of gigs for awhile. And then take a couple months off. So far this approach seems to work because 1. When we re convene and start hitting it again, it seems fresh and fun again, and 2. The crowds seem to be better because we have not burnt them out on us and have dropped out for a little while.
Also during the months off, it allows us to work toward other things, recording, getting new artwork etc etc. Learn and or write new songs as well.
I think that if we practiced weekly and were constantly playing gigs, it would get really tiresome ... just because we would get sick of each other, and also playing originals way too much can cause gigs to get bleak at times.

Good. The pants are classy, but the shorts are for asswholes.Gladmarr wrote:Randy Bass wrote:I've got you covered:Gladmarr wrote:It finally occurred to me a few weeks ago that I look like a dip$hit on stage wearing shorts. No way. Jeff Hostetler is at least 64 times classier than Dan Marino.Gladmarr wrote:Are you sure you didn't mean that the other way around...?
