What similarities does the AD200b have to the AD guitar line

I understand that the AD30 and AD140 have the same preamps with different output sections. But how related is the AD200b? Is the preamp similar or the same, with bass-focused output section and transformers, or is it another amp completely?
Also, how does the single channel AD140 Lead differ from the AD140 twin, besides PTP wiring?
