Hi all, I did a TH100 demo a while back that's had a fair number of views and a few nice comments round these parts.
I've now got a TV200 and have done a quick sound demo of the amp doing some doomy stuff. The guitars and bass are done through the amp, and its all tracked through a Palmer PGA-04 speaker simulator into an Apogee Duet/Logic X.
Couldn't see any demos where the TV200 had been used for all tracks, sounds pretty good I'd say!
Hope you like it!

Nice! Saw Swans a few weeks back and both guitarists were rockin' TVerb 200s. Just a monstrous gut crushing wall of sound.

Doomy indeed man! The tone is pretty crushing. So that's a THUNDERVERB eh? Orange took the preamp from there and shoved it into the Dark Terror which is the one amp that single-handedly got me all crazy about Orange(s)
So what did I do? I went ahead and bought a #4 Terror

cheers guys, was fun to do the demo- I just bought an OR15 so might do something with that as well!!
yeah I can't fault the TV200 for the bigger tones, its a monster. tracks great for bass too!
the main revelation for me was the Palmer, that thing translates the sound of the amp perfectly, much more consistent than a mic/cab combination, and again works great for bass

Yeah Palmers are good. I use an H&K Red Box Classic myself which I actually preferred slightly. But yeah you can get really great results recorded or live with a good speaker sim and it is the ideal way to 'DI' a valve amp.
