What's the oldest piece of musical equipment you own?
I know for a fact I'm not the only one here with a bit of a lust for vintage kit. Spill the beans!
Mine's an '87 Charvel 5FX. Originally a Japanese-made guitar but shipped to the US as part of a lot to recieve modifications. I ended up with it in the mid 90s as a gift, and it was my mainstay for gigs/tours alongside an Epi Les Paul until last year when I got the firebird. Will post pictures of mine when I get around to it, but in the meantime have this example: http://gsfanatic.com/aas_hirdetes_temp/ ... ny0020.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Yes, it's pink. Get over it.

I have a '68 Bassman. I also apparently have a mid-60's Gibson Lightning Bar wraparound bridge sitting in a box somewhere.

I have a 1969 Jen Crybaby (tropical fish caps), I also had until recently a '76 Musicman HD130. However, I feel that most all new guitars and amps and stuff are generally better quality than the vintage stuff. Some of them even still have waranty!

Just messing, it's the Vox!
