Bensnake - your Les Paul

Is beautiful. What model is it? Every picture of it I see, it looks amazing. I'm not usually a Paul guy but it it might have turned me.

I am a huge Les Paul guy I own 3. My guess is a standard or a Classic. Could be one of the newer Tradtional's. We will let him tell us tho..

It says in his signature that it's a Traditional 1960. Goldtops are okay, I guess.

Every time I see a goldtop the first thing that pops to mind is Tom Scholz.

Oh, thank you, Sir! :) It's a Traditional with a '60's neck profile. The most amazing LP I've played. I bought it new a couple of years ago so it's not an old classic one but the feel of it is genuinely wonderful. I love the satin nitro lacquer finish. And the zebra PU's looks really cool imo.

Thanks, man! Hard to tell actually. It's like rating Katy Perry's left boob, right boob and butt...

It depends I guess. What genre, song, sound, mood I'm into. Generally for cleans my Tele, for rough'n'dirty rock'n'roll the SG and for higher gain sounds the LP. But it's not that simple either... Dirty sounds with the Tele can sound wonderful as well as the SG's/LP's cleans are useful and tasty. As said, it depends... They all sound awesome through that amp.

I would feel really deflated if my favorite guitar didn't sound good through my amp. :(
