Hello Buddy and welcome!!! The first thing I would do with your TH30 to get that raw classic rock sounds would be to CRANK your CLEAN CHANNEL. yup. That's right. While you'll get beautiful drive from your dirty channel the sound of the clean channel cranked is fantastic. Treble knob between 11 and 1 o'clock to your liking (closer to 1 o clock if you like more of an in-your-face type of sound) and bass at around 9:30 should do it. It would be a nice place to start.
After playing with the stock tubes I would recommend some upgrade to the tubes for a creamier sound.
Enjoy it!!

There is nothing like a fender clean, but there is nothing like an orange crunch

Many thanks for your prompt response!
I will try to dirty the clean channel!
To update the tubes .. interesting ... what would you advise me? I keep it in a note

Well you just got it so I'd say enjoy it! Manypeople like the stock tubes, and really tubes like anything with music, is not always better or worse, but just a different color to your tone. I personally find the dtock ones a bit more heavier for gain that what I want the amp to sound like, so I've found ehx preamp tubes to give me a much warmer and creamier overdrive on the th30. JJ tubes on the power section.
But again, it can get pricey really fast. On the other hand it never hurts to have extra sets of tubes, you can always go back and forth for different projects if you'd like, but most importantly to have them when they fail and go microphonic, sometimes in the middle of a gig.
