Ibanez Tube Screamer TS9 serial numbers

Anybody here good at figuring out a serial number on a TS9? I bought one used a few weeks ago and it's numbered 000373 on the silver label on the bottom. It does have the "CE" in the top right corner of the label that seems to say "reissue", but I can't get a good feel on the dang serial number. I am thinking mine is an early 90s reissue, but any help is appreciated!
I've been to AnalogMan's site and read his history, so any other links or ideas I'm all ears! Oh, and mine does have the TA75558P chip in it too - which again, leads me to reissue.
