Hi folks, been a while since I've posted here.
I have 2 combo amps both with 12" speakers. 1 is a Tiny Terror with a 16 Ohm output and two 8 Ohm outputs. The other is a Marshall with one 16 Ohm output and one 8 ohm. Now, i have been using the marshall as a cab for the TT recently by plugging the two speakers (one from the marshall combo, 16 Ohm vintage 30. and the TTs own combo speaker, also 16 Ohm) into the two 8 Ohm outputs of the TT.
My question is this; how can i hook the two speakers up at the same time to the marshall? seeing as it has only one 8 and one 16Ohm output?
Thanks in advance, Phil

Re: Question about Ohms/speakers
seems like you'll need some kind of parallel speaker box
plug both speakers into it, plug it into your amp.
it'd be an easy mod to make to the marshall to add a second jack, i'd have thought, provided the space is there to do it.
as ever, i'd wait for more folks to jump in on this with other, probably better advice/solutions!
edit:
found this in a quick google search
https://www.tube-town.net/ttstore/produ ... chbox.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
got all the useful info written onto it too, capable of series or parallel - if ever you'd need a 32ohm load!
seems well priced too!

Hey thanks for the link, i suppose that's the only way to wire this amp up to 2 cabs without modding it, and like you say its a reasonable price.
Just to check, Am I connecting the TT up correctly? 2 16 Ohm speakers into 1 8 Ohm output each?
Thanks for your help anyway. Bit of a bummer the amp doesn't have an extra 8 Ohm out.
