I'm looking forward to football season. Hockey is my first love but I do love me some footbal on Sunday, and Monday, and Thursday, and sometimes Saturday. Things have been pretty rough up here in New England recently, as far as our team goes. I like the Patriots but I've been a Cowboys can my whole life. I get so sick of all the Tom Brady ball washing.

So he plays in a lot of celebrity golf tournaments then :) ?

It's funny how I liked Brady when he first entered the league and took over for Bledsoe because the Pats hadn't been good since 1985 and Brady went to Michigan. Then I got tired of him being worshipped and hated him for being an arrogant douche whose team was too good year after year. Now I've decided I don't care so much and appreciate his skill and longevity. All this and I've never met the guy  .

The only famous footballer I've ever met is Stefan Effenberg :| .

If you lived around here, heard all the media worshipping him at his feet and all the fans and people who name their dogs and kids Brady, you'd understand. It' nauseating.

It's the year of the FALCONS!

Side note: Orange's European Sales Manager played rugby for the Wales national team. He's an enormous dude. He's scared of NFL players haha.

It's all so quintessentially English...

Very British humour this but some might enjoy this classic Pythons sketch:

I remember being drunk at a sales meeting and the guys from Austrailia were cricket players. I play baseball and thought the words silly mid-on and wicked googley were funny. Not to mention the bowla....I remember that Aussie asking me if I was making fun of him, as he wanted to whip my ass for my crappy Aussie accent saying ".... That was a wicked googley". LOL.

Have to like a sport when a guy in a suit is ready to punch a co worker when he is confused about my enthusiasm about his sport. LOL. Love those Aussies

I love watching the NFL. Even though the games are are on TV pretty late here in Denmark.
Dolphins fan for years. What a horrible team to follow...

I'm looking forward for the NFL to start again.... It's a nice break from the countless hours of real football(soccer)...
