By the way, I have a Vox Time Machine - that's a reasonnably cheap (digital emulating analog) tap tempo delay, that's dead easy to use and sounds really good.

How much is a new Orange?!? We're musicians. We're counted on by an industry of manufacturers to be bad at managing our money.

That may be so, but the guy who asked the question in the first place stated a price point anywhere between $150,- and $200,-...

I use the TC Nova delay but the TC nova repeater is pretty sweet also for a bit less money.

Never fails, someone asks for a recommendation on a budget friendly, simple analog pedal, and someone has to recommend a friggin Strymon
To the original poster, I'm glad you went with the Carbon Copy, I don't own one currently, but you can't go wrong with it. Its one of the most popular analog delays of all time and is on a lot of pro boards for a reason.
