You could try the TC Electronic Spark Booster. It gain, level, bass and treble, along with a 3-way switch for selecting fat boost, mid boost or clean boost. http://www.tcelectronic.com/spark-booster/
They also make a Spark Booster Mini which is essentially a clean boost pedal with a level knob and nothing else, but when you turn it above 3/4 it starts to add a little gain to the amp, to really bring it to life.
