Which orange dose classic rock best !!!

Hello all , back to orange after my long amp journey, just pick up the or15 , great rock sound with the gain below 12, was looking for just a little more head, something tight,articulate,little crunchy,the drummer is a little loud, I play late 60 to early 80's, any suggestion would be great , thanks lee

As far as more headroom, you'll probably have to step up from 15 watts. I'd probably look at amps with 3 gain stages rather than four like the OR15 as well if you never use that much gain. Maybe a Dual Terror or Rocker 30 unless you wanna step into even higher wattage, but that'll bring up the cost significantly more too. The AD30 is good for classic rock too, but it's more fuzzy and not as tight and articulate as the DT or Rocker 30 so that's why I didn't suggest that one.

I knew immediately Jimmy Page would be involved in this clip somehow

AD30 has my vote for the fact the OP said late 60s to early 80s, so the fuzzyness of the AD30 shouldn't be seen as a negative here.

Then again, I may be biased

Just because the OP said "tight" and the AD30 is usually described as loose and saggy. It does classic rock well, but going with his description of tight and articulate, there are probably other amps that would do that a bit better. OR50 should do the trick!

OR100 is my vote. AD30 is my second choice.
