You find the perfect amp. Even just looking at it makes your skin tingle. When it's not near you, all you do is thinking about plugging in and making the earth shake. Everything about it is perfect and it can do no wrong.

Even though you may love it forever, after a while you will still want another.

And sometimes they'll just stop working without warning you.

...It hasn't happened to my amp yet but it did happen to my girlfriend. Women

And if you try to keep too many around you'll end up going broke!

Some have a rear input while others make no provision for this..

You can get them on craigslist.

If you push them they squeal.

Some are big, some are small, but they're all loud.

I like my women the same way I like my strings - skinny top, heavy bottom.

I strongly disagree with such an outlandish proclamation ! Women are a terrible investment and require way too much maintenance. Good luck finding a woman that gives you decades of reliable service for a couple thousand bucks, won't have a breakdown every few months, and will hold its' value better than a carton of milk .

I can't help but love multiple amps... but let me see if I can fix it for you:

They can handle more abuse than what you're told they are rated for. If you play someone else's when they aren't there to hear it, it's like it never happened. Two at once can be awesome, but sometimes it's more work than it's actually worth.

Hmm... I think you guys must know different women/amps than me; The only thing I've ever gotten out of either given enough experimentation is a scratchy knob...

Well, amps are nothing like wives. Amp screams at me, but it sounds good.

I like the FX loop around the back of mine, for all those electric toys I like to play with.

I like playing other peoples amps, including yours.

At least you can go to Guitar Center and try out amps for free...
