This looks like a cool idea but I know that it won't be exact. At least it will give you a ballpark idea.

That's a great idea. Like you said, you're not going to get exact but it's a lot closer than catching a youtube vid with a guy playing a pedal with a Gibson through a Fender amp when I play a Tele through an Orange.... And that guy is probably using the mic on his camera.... booooo.

Re: Had to share
Just an update on this, I have done business with PGS before and yesterday I got a package from them in the mail. But I didn't order anything.
Inside they had shipped me the stereo 1/8" to 1/4" mono cable, a card explaining their new "Demo It Live" setup and a pack of Dunlop strings. I was really impressed!
That's a pretty good way to roll out new technology IMO.

Re: Had to share
i tried it the day it came out. loved it immediately. tried every overdrive they had on it and discovered that one of the pedals i was looking at (Walrus Voyager) really wasn't for me, and i desperately want to try a Mad Professor LGW.

too many pedals
Re: Had to share
I guess the proof will be when the new pedal arrives, is it everything you thought it would be? based on the demo it live demo. I've purchased about a dozen pedals based on YouTube reviews, only to be disappointed when I got them.
