This guy has been my favorite guitarist for years now. He plays Orange and Marshall (Thunderverb 50 & 200, Marshall JCM 800 & Plexi), and has monstrous chops. I love that Sylosis play in standard tuning with passive pickups and have some great tone instead of going the scooped, down-tuned, "chug chug chug" route that a lot of metal bands do. It taught me how to find more interesting ways to write heavy riffs.

Anyway, just wanted to share my favorite guitarist from my favorite band. I've been learning his stuff for years and it's really improved me leaps and bounds as a player.
