It's fun to watch his technique too. It seems futile now that all the drummers use the over hand style with their left hand. I wonder why the switch when Buddy proved it worked so well?

Also, his right hand is cool to watch on the tom runs too because that hand doesn't use one position at all depending where he's planning on hitting next in the run. Unreal!
