Yes truly great amps for either guitar or bass! I sold mine to a local bassist after all.. still regret that haha!
Here's an OR120 for bass and OR120 Overdrive for guitar:

Great gritty sound for Rock 'N' Roll at least..

Re: Orange OR-120?
The question really is what kind of volume do you need and what bass are you playing.
I've used a few old Oranges as bass amps (The GRO100 in the 2nd pic above is mine), and they do make for pretty nice sounding bass amps. But as Andy said, it's a guitar amp. As such, it doesn't have a lot of headroom, doesn't put out of a ton of volume when being used to amplify bass, and it doesn't have a lot of low end compared to most bass amps.
The AD200 is a wonderful sounding bass amp. The OR120, GRO100, and the like can get you by for sure. And they do sound good. But if you need appreciable volume, headroom, or low end, i'm not sure i'd recommend it. My bass is a Music Man Sterling, which is active, and I found myself adding a little low end at the instrument when using it with my Orange guitar amps.
As a rule of thumb, if you're using a 4x10 and competing with anything more than 30W guitar amps, it may not cut it.

I've been wanting an Ormat forever. There was a guy that was going to sell me one in this forum, but he flaked and quit responding to my messages without any reason. Kinda aggravated me that he didn't follow up and at least say why. Anyway, the search continues.
Re: Orange OR-120?
is older Orange ORS100 or Orange GRO100?
Re: Orange OR-120?
Mess with the preamps.. for real. Change your tone settings. I was amazed with my OR80. You can get clean headroom and play into distortion with pick attack. It's not real loud at all. My OR80 would be too quiet IMO for most unmic'd band situations.
