Re: Orange Headphones?
Those are a brilliant photoshop of a set of Grados with what looks like a Beats headband. In other words, if they just changed the headband I'd buy a pair!

yeah i thought that the pads looked like that of the PS1000s. I was browsing headphones cause i was curious and i found that the headband looks alot like Vektr headphones. A nice combination. But i would love if these were real!

Re: Orange Headphones?
The cans are too small. You need some that are 12" across.
Each side.
Each side.

Big cans are a must.

Re: Orange Headphones?
Orange were giving away these at the Metal Hammer awards last night, and I can't find mention of them anywhere online, which is strange:
On the box they have a product code of "os-hp-1-ltd", and sound pretty decent.
Anyone heard of them? I'm interested in knowing more about them, as there's relatively little info on the box. Happy to upload more pics if anyone's interested.

Okay, I want those so bad right now.
Hey Alex, I'm sure you have some left over, how much do you want for a pair?

Re: Orange Headphones?
They are now available from the online store here, but there are bugger-all details about them.
I've been requested to post more details, so here you go:
They are very comfortable, however the cans are fairly small, so if you have big ears they might not be contained... But the padding around the cans and headband is fantastic.
The cord is not detatchable. Whilst it feels nice, it's certainly not premium quality that you can get on pricey headphones.
Sound quality-wise, I can't comment much as I don't have much experience with (good) headphones. I can say they hold their own against other similary-priced (£30-40) ones I've tried, but I'm no expert, sorry.
The following details from the back of the box:
Speaker size: 40mm
Sensitiviy: 116+-3db
Impendance: 32ohm
Frequency Response: 18~20000 Hz
Plug Type: 3.5mm
Cord Length: <=2.2m
And more pics:
Hope this helps, and I'd love to know others thoughts if you decide to go for them.

Re: Orange Headphones?
I like the boxart more than the headphones. Fantastic visual design.

Re: Orange Headphones?
I've seen huge orange glowing eyeballs exactly like those from my closet a log time ago.
But I was 13 and had too much cough syrup running through my body. That may have had something to do with it.

Re: Orange Headphones?
Marshall do headphones so I suppose it was inevitable!
I see they've just fitted a 3.5mm mini jack to help stop any idiots blowing up their amps by plugging them into the speaker output. Probably smart...
Think I'll just stick to my Beyer Dynamic and Grados...
Andy.
