Misses recovered £8000 back from ppi and I got some cash ;)

Post by Mrjones2004x » Mon May 07, 2012 8:39 pm

She said as a treat she'll give me £150 to buy something I want as we've been saving hard for our morgage deposit.

Our funds will be up to about £8000 as of now. She's having £2500 of dental work soon so the money is a god send!

So I saw the vid of the micro terror with the captain and chapters and was actually impressed! Was thinking to maybe get one now or maybe the fender greta.
Gonna phone some shops tommorrow to check availability of both.

Wanna try my bugera through a 1x12 too as that's a choice I've considered or maybe a 2x10. It's a wicked amp when I run the Covington fireplace treble booster in front.

If lucky may get the head and a 2ndhand cab?????

Word is no Micro Terror til June, so that should push your decision one way or the other. Maybe it's sooner over on your side of the pond, though.

Saving for a morgage deposit so any money to spend on ourselves is great.
She was taking out a finance plan for the dental work as its a nessasary not purely cosmetic. (her teeth keep breaking)
We need about 20k for minimum deposit really of 10% for where we live to cover the house and solicitors ect.

I'd be happy with the 150 - if you ask for more she might change her mind altogether (they can be fickle like that).

I don't want any more. The savings are more important which I why I sold my charvel and blackstar stack. And my acoustic etc etc........
I have enough to keep me happy but alway nice to have more than you need.
