Jim Root #4 Head and Cab - iGuitar Review

It sounds amazing: http://licklibrary.ceros.com/iguitarmag ... e9/page/96" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Click the link, go to the end of the review, the 13 minute demo video makes it sound so good.

Great stuff. I'll have to view this later at home.

I'd really like a demo of the OR15, though. The 4 gain-stage addition makes me think it's going to be another modern voiced amp, which scares me. The Jim Root could actually turn out to be more "vintage" flavor than the OR15. The OR50 seems to be solid for recreation, though. No F/X loop, sadly.

Sounds super versatile, some nice tones in there.

The first 20 seconds of the clean tones reaffirmed why i hate strats.

He names the EQ controls wrong! I guess some folks just don't find the Pics intuitive ;)
