Bit of customer service, to all potential customers ?

If orange themselves doesn't have a reliable release date, I'm sure no employee wants to hop in here, post a speculative date, be wrong, and potentially alienate Orange's most devoted customers....

That said, Alex (from Orange artist relations) does chime in from time to time with generally helpful and reliable info, and that is greatly appreciated. I also think orange focuses on their Facebook page moreso than here as the information will reach more people.

Undoubtedly my post yesterday got nuked for content, I didn't mean to included what could be considered advertising ... So ... I'll restate what I saw in a generic way ... I did find, in one of the large USA online music stores, unfinished adds that showed up when I did a search for "orange" ... the adds indicated that the expected delivery date for the Jim Root and OR15 were 6-7-12. There were other unfinished adds that I didn't look at.

Appear to be available in Europe with short delivery times!

(No guarantees, but that site is normally fairly up to date. Do your own search there...)

It's like my toaster then. If you're watching for it to brown the bread, you literally have to turn the dial back up and let it cycle twice to toast it.......if you put it in and walk away it burns the toast on one cycle, everytime......

Aahhh - I was hopeful that the expected delivery from the guys I placed my pre-order with was going to be their quoted 30/04/12 - just checked and now it's 30/05/12

Not whining and I'll stay loyal - but if you're not going to be able to deliver the goods until December 2013 just say so fron the get-go eh? Then when it turns up in November everybody will think you're great.

Guys, I know it sucks not getting to have something right away and how awful waiting is...

But I've got a great idea as to how you can while away your time with your current (old nasty) gear until your new (shiney happy) gear turns up...

I could finally become that mediocre guitar player that I've always aspired to be with that kind of thinking!
