HUGE props to Musicians Friend! I just got off the phone with the customer service rep at MF, and they really surprised me today.
I have a couple of acoustic guitars hanging around the house to play for my little girls and they were usually just tuned to themselves until I looked around and ended up getting a Snark clip on tuner. I liked it so much I ordered another one around the very end of December of 2011.
Well over the last few days that one stopped working properly and I tried to do everything I could think of to get it back working but no luck. Here we are 90 days since I bought it. I sent an email to Snark but I haven't heard anything so I decided to call MF to see what Snarks warranty policy is.
After talking to the rep a little bit, he checked with his boss and they are sending me a new one for free!
I know it's only $20 but that's taking care of the customer for sure. They will be getting plenty more business from me.
