Volume difference of ad30 and ad15

Hi guys im new here. Ive decided that i want an orange amp after trying an ad30 in a shop it was wonderful. However i think its more power than i need, i will be using it for bedroom practice and jamming with my drummer friend. If anyone here has tried an ad15/12, do they sound the same only the ad30 can go louder and as i haven't heard the ad15/12 how much quieter is it, i don't want something that is too quiet.

I think the AD30 would be better for jamming purposes. It has no problem competing with a drummer.
Both are class "A" amps so the tone will be the same at any volume level.
The AD30 will work as a bedroom amp because it still sounds great at low volumes.
