I'm... speechless! Quite amazing eBay listing

Post by kmlabs » Thu Dec 29, 2011 6:13 pm

I can't quite get my head round this - it's a BC Rich Mockingbird, but made to mimic a Les Paul, apparently.

$25,000? And the listing looks like it was written by a teenager! Most odd...

I love "people" who OVERUSE "quotation marks" and RANDOMLY capitalise "WORDS" for "emphasis" ;)

that was a funny read. some of my favorite highlights:
If you are a Collector, or/ A Serious Musician, 25k is a STEAL !
...if we're talking about Jimmy Page's #1 Lester maybe...
OK, Let me explain "Vintage". When you have a Guitar, that is a One Of A Kind, One & Only Build, And the
original builder passes, the Guitar can Never be Reproduced , it can automatically be considered "Vintage".
in this case, i own two "Vintage" warmoth teles. I'll take $30K in cash, thank you very much. also, i can't accept bills larger than $1.
I would never "think" of this, but My Mom is really in need ! [ I say this because I don't want some buyers to believe it's too good to be true]
If my Mother Wasn't in Financial Need, You'd never knew this guitar existed.
i know one way your mother can get out of financial need...

i can't believe the listing ended and no-one bid... i would have been all over that.. but i haven't got 250 ebay purchases..

The "Guitar" Does Exist ! It's no longer a mystery Guitar. It's Right Here In Front Of Your Eyes !

its a picture on the internet!

[ I must add, I am totally Shocked that "This Guitar" hasn't been Snatched at 25k ? ]

i'm not...

You Can Also BID OUTRAGEOUSLY LOW !

And NO LOW BALL OFFERS

thats surely a contradiction?

FOR SALE IN THE U.S. 48 STATES ONLY !

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS "MUST" CONTACT

ME BEFORE I'D EVEN CONSIDER.

another contradiction

one things for sure, the man's an idiot... nice guitar though!
