AD15 woes

I bought a nearly new AD15 and was blown away by the sound and volume. I played the amp in various small venues without mic'ing. Then trouble! During a rehearsal the volume suddenly dropped away to near zero. I got some sound back later but the quality of sound had gone way downhill. Ive had a valve amp repair man check it out and he says its fine. However it still doesnt sound great, even with a valve change. Ive tried e-mailing Orange but they never reply.

Can any one out there give me a clue to whats wrong and how I can get back that sweet sound that I loved?
