That's what I like about Iron.....he's always thinkingRandy Bass wrote:Brilliant!ironlung40 wrote:If you already had another Orange amp, just keep one put up when you play the other. She'll never know the difference. You might get away with that on the guitar too.
Hahaha genius. My rv is black and my tv is orange so i don't know if i'd be happy or sad if she didn't notice. I'd probably keep the fact she hadn't noticed to myself and put it in the locker for the next row.....ironlung40 wrote:If you already had another Orange amp, just keep one put up when you play the other. This is entirely feasible; I had a girlfriend once who took one look at my new tobacco sunburst Les Paul clone and exclaimed "Pffft, it looks exactly the same as the one you sold!"ironlung40 wrote:She'll never know the difference. You might get away with that on the guitar too.
my gf has been slightly pis#ed off at me for the best part of a week now, i better start checking what she's putting in my dinner!Y0UNGBL00D wrote:im going to come out and say it: what the hell do you do for a living?
i am coming into a SIZABLE amount of money over the next couple of weeks but most of it is spoken for
if i spent that much ($5400~) id be buried in a shallow grave somewhere and my gf would have them at the pawn shop in no time.
Ah, but it'd be a quick ending. Icarus isn't getting laid for a month. Or two if the lawn doesn't get mowed soon!Y0UNGBL00D wrote:...if i spent that much ($5400~) id be buried in a shallow grave somewhere and my gf would have them at the pawn shop in no time.

Wrong again. Buy a 5 year CD (certificate of deposit) for your son. You'll be back in the saddle in no time. Oh, and after you finish the lawn, wash the freakin' dishes. An Indian or Chinese dinner out with the SO might not be a bad idea either.Icarus wrote:TheOrangeJuicer wrote:Ah, but it'd be a quick ending. Icarus isn't getting laid for a month. You don't know how right you are.
I'm thinking of blowing £2500 on a sit down lawn mower. Reverse psycology.
Dining tables are nonsense. I bought a drum set for my Dining Room.Y0UNGBL00D wrote:its just that im GASing for so many things, all little, under $500 or so, and just when i settle on one, oops, a new website full of stuff.
i got a new house (badass, btw!) and it needs flatscreens and a dining table. but it ALSO needs a dual terror rig
