any chance of mobile site support for these forums?
i almost exclusively read forums (the gear page, etc) on my iphone now either using the forumrunner or tapatalk app. just wondering if this forum had any plans to implement a mobile solution? (just using the mobile browser works ok but ehh!)

Ditto. I have zero problems reading this forum on my iPhone.... or moderating it, for that matter!WAWBanks wrote:I read the forums on my iphone and have no trouble. Actually the threads all open insanely fast on the iphone

I wouldn't open it on my iPhone. Otherwise I would have nothing to look forward to when I got home!

I read it straight through my browser on Android. Works fine. The text column width resizes to fit my screen which is a good thing. I hate mobile versions of most sites. For instance, eBay. I also don't really like apps for most sites either. I have two different Facebook apps and they both suck.
Re: any chance of mobile site support for these forums?
i wondered about this. tapatalk has made some improvement, but even forum runner isn't without it's issues. i honestly don't read this forum on my phone because of it. it works just fine, however - i'm just too lazy.
someone over at TGP made a mobile friendly skin of the layout of TGP. works great, and it was what i was using until i got a forum app that i use for other gear and lighting forums.
maybe, if someone has the know how to figure that out?
i don't have a clue how to make it work...
