Hi, I have a Celestion Gold speaker (50 watt) in my Vox ac30 cc1, but i'm looking forward to buy a Orange TH30 head and make myself a cabinet for it. Would a Celestion gold be a good speaker to go with the TH30 head ?

hmm, it would certainly be safe to do so (assuming the speaker is 8 or 16 ohms, that is). not quite sure how it would sound. i've had no experience with alnico speakers in anything but cleaner amps-vox, fender, etc, but i imagine they'd probably sound great in your TH30.

Give it a go ! If u dont like it u can always swap it out for something else.
