It's got the g string problem that a lot of LP's seem to have, apparently it's a nut binding issue so I'm getting it sorted soon. Apart from that when it's tuned right and stays in tune it sounds awesome!!!
Make sure you inspect your future lp thoroughly before u hand over cash as there are a lot of dodgy ones out there! Mines got some big flaws on it, however i bought it used at over a third off new price.

Use a pencil to lubricate the slots in the nut, sounds strange but graphite from a pencil lead is a great lubricant!

very nice. let us know how you like it. i love strymon's stuff, but i found the capistan to be WAY too complex (too many parameters to tweak, too hard to tweak them quickly, etc). the brigadier sounds a lot simpler though.

yes mate, lots of dodgy ones around, i wont be jumping into buying one, im gonna try a whole load of them out, i have been on the MLP forum checkin them out for a while now, had my heart set ideally on the cherry sunburst.... then i saw the iced tea... ultimately tho it'll be the best sound/player that i get.
