And damn did it sound sweet! I was suprised at how nice the danelectro sounded and it was only like $240. I've got to get one of those.

The tweed twin amp was sweet as hell too, as was a used Fender prosonic (damn those things got as much dirt as my Rockerverb![:0]), and the 54 (?) strat closet classic that was like $3000+!8)

Also played my favorite acoustic: $7000 1950s beat to **** Martin D28. WOW...if I win the lottery that's the first thing I buy.;)

Also played a Mesa dual recto and one of those Charvel Van Halen guitars that costs like $3000...what garbage those were.

nice! I would love to have a light guitar, but I wind up buying a heavy one every time! My next will probably be a Gretsch Electromatic Elliot Easton... Can't afford the more expensive Gretsch guitars...

I can't afford any more guitars... The Washburn cost me a whole £99! It's a great guitar though.. Maple neck and body, rosewood fingerboard, through body stringing, Grover 18:1 tuners(Mabye the best thing about it....) and some other stuff too..

i smashed a danelectro and it was so worth it...i kept the broken guitar and hung it on my wall...i think im going to take it down and smash it again...then im going to set it on fire and dance around it...i might even have a ritual: burning of the danelectro...nah, im kidding...they are kinda bouncy looking guitars...i just never got into them, but if you all say so...but i was advised by someone not to listen to any of you...!

I've got a reissue Dano Longhorn bass and it is great fun. Have also played a couple of their guitars and they are surprisingly useable - good playing and sounding in their own distinctive way. Just shows that you don't always need quality tonewoods for a good result - these are built out of junk but they work. Wouldn't mind one of their electric 12 strings one day. Bet that would work a treat with my Vox.

<font face="Courier New">so, sir...noone did play a dano trough an Orange? I can assure that it is surprisingly good. It reminds (for certain aspects) a tele, but still has its own danelectro tone. I'll manage in posting a song of mine in which I used a dano trough my AD30.
It'a a very responsive guitar.
and lighter than my Les Paul...
