Finally decided to shift my PPC412, sold it today.
Much as it's a great cab, its size and weight made it impractical for a 2-piece... especially as we seem to always end up playing at venues with stairs!
So that cash is added to the pot from selling my Musicman Stingray... I am trying incredibly hard to hold off GAS urges right now! May get myself a high gain amp of some type, have never owned anything really gainy.

Cool, sometimes it feels really great to move around stuff that isn't really getting used. I just sold about $1k worth of stuff, but I already spent it on something else. You're a better man than I!

Those F'n things are heavy....and I am weak. I wouldn't want to lug it either.
Good luck resisting those "money in hand" temptations.

are there any venues in the UK that aren't up or down a flight from street level?Le Chat Noir wrote:Finally decided to shift my PPC412, sold it today.

Hehe... well, I do also have a home made oversized 4x12 with Celestion G12H Heritage speakers, so I'm not totally 4x12-less Though this cab actually weighs even more than the PPC412!!venusandeve wrote:and then you buy an awesome metal head... only to lack a 4x12 ehheheheheh

I've got some extra bucks in hand right now and I was tempted to get all these things I don't REALLY need, like an Octaswitch, or a POG2, etc...

Have you thought about a Rocker 30? They sound great through a nice 4x12.Neiloler wrote:Haha, +100000000!neonrust wrote:Those F'n things are heavy....and I am weak. I wouldn't want to lug it either.
