I should have ordered my 60s Tribute Goldtop from them. My preorder keeps getting pushed back later and later.

Haha, I know Mark, but in the end, your words of advice about spending more money for a better instrument rang deep in mah soul. :)

Here's the link to the auction (IT'S OVER, AND IT'S NOT CURRENT PRODUCTION! ;)):

I've seen one of them recently, in honeyburst, they looked VERY nice...!

If you do get it, you can buff it to a lovely semi sheen - I did that to my standard faded:

You can see the progress, here's the same part totally buffed now:

And now before and after:

I think your honey burst would benefit from that same treatment if you were to get it.

Thanks Bayta! I really feel like this guitar spoke to me, it's got just right kind of plain look to it that cried out to me. :) I was very excited to get the news they got em in today. :D

Yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of burst finishes, but I would happily play that guitar! It's really subtle looking, very great!

Now you just need to get an orange for those p90s haha!

Damn Neil that guitar is awesome......the plain top is very "unplain" if you catch my drift. It's incredible.
