Orange cabinets are legendary for being over built. The tone of orange cabs is flat out outstanding when you compare other companies cabinets.
It will sound fantastic. V 30's should be an excellent match for that amp. The 4x12 with v 30's should handle 240 watts and with your amps max output at 150 (probably around 200 or 220 maxxed out) The Orange cab should handle your needs with flying colors. Definately check them out with your amp to see if you like them.
