I would think the cops would be a little less loose with the truth. These days everyone had a cell phone they can capture video with. I think it is important that things like this be recorded. That way when the cop gets on the stand and says you were forced to the ground, you can pull out the video that proves he was less than truthful.

Yeah, unfortunately, I didn't have any video evidence.

Plus the cop that arrested me wasn't even the cop that showed up in court.
