That is the gnarliest cabinet I've ever seen. Congrats!

As for me, its all in the sig: PRS CE22, Rockerverb 50 & Vox AC30 & a delicious Newcastle Brown Ale, or a Magic hat #9. Or VIctory Golden Monkey.

1: My Orange OTR. I've wanted a real stack for a long time and tried out tons of amps, Oranges, old Fenders, Marshall, Krank and a lot more. Nothing comes even close to my OTR. So I stick with this for now...

I'm sorry but this forum seems to have changed a bit of late, not for the better. I occasionally pop by and there always seems to be someone having a go at someone else.
If you, mainly newbie guys it seems to me, have issues with the way this forum is run then go somewhere else, simple.
It's no wonder a lot of the older members go spend their time elsewhere these days.

Clean-up time. The idea behind this thread was amp of choice/ guitar of choice/ beer of choice.

If beer isn't your thing then don't post! Simple as that! Image

Hahaha yeah it's a good bad one I think!

It's from a festival I played with my old band in Skegness. It was hilarious - they set out plastic tables and chairs like we were playing outside a restaurant. Didn't last very long...

Favourite amps: AD30 and Bass Terror ABYed

Favourite guitars: my all-black and all-white 1998 & 1999 American Standard Telecasters with Rio Grande Muy Grande pickups. The definition of workhorses ;) Here's a particularly messy 'post gig' shot, I lacerated the side of my thumb on a string whilst strumming too aggressively...

Image

Which colour Tele is my favourite depends on my mood, whether I'm feeling devilish or angelic

Favourite beer: I'm actually giving up alcohol (!) right now, as I've decided it leads to more problems in my life than good times... however, since you're asking, here you go... can't beat a good Belgian witbier:

Orange Thunderverb 200(Don't own one... Yet.)

Favourite Guitars:

ESP Eclipse's and Gibson Les Pauls(These aren't my guitars, I just happened to have found a picture of a Gibby Les Paul and an ESP CTM FT Eclipse)
Image

My LTD EC's (1000VB and 400AT)

Favourite Beer:

Jack and coke!

About me:

I'm 19, Canadian(Eh?) and I've been playing Orange for almost a year! I bought a PPC 412 cab last June to go with my Peavey 6505+, not because I liked Orange, but because it sounded much better than the Marshall JCM900 1960BV 4x12, Mesa Rectifier 4x12 and Krank Revolution 4x12 cabs I compared it with. It just so happens that after a long search for a new head, I ended up with an Orange Rockerverb 100. Now I'm a bit of an Orange fan-boy.

I play in a Doomy/Sludgy/Droney Progressive Metalcore kinda band with all kinds of other influences. Think Converge, Botch, Dillinger Escape Plan and Misery Signals, meets Mastodon. We've just begun to write and record our first album, and you can be sure that my Rockerverb is going to be heard throughout it. If you want to hear some heavy riffage without all the High Gain Peavey/Mesa/ENGL/Krank non sense, you'll like us. I'll post songs and other info when they're done!
