Ya... with Neil on the solder thing. Signal chain is only as strong as the weakest link...
Wood looks nice - definitely going to pick up some dings though unless you're keeping it in a flightcase on stage too... can get ones with removeable face and back.

Nice stuff, cant wait to see the project! I assumed that finger jointing wad easy, and im sure you have the tools, but doing it by hand is a lot harder than i thought. Haha
