4x12 cabs...

Sorry for the dual post here and in "tech", but this site doesn't get that much traffic (the tech area in particular) and I've been trying to get an answer to this question for a while...

I'm trying to verify the dimensions of an Orange 4x12.

The current products listing says the 4x12 is 74cm X 78cm X 38cm

Does anyone know if this is just intended to convey the SIZE of the cab, and is the *exterior* measurement? Or is this an interior measurement of the enclosure space?

Also, are these the same dimensions as the vintage cabs?

Those are the exact dimensions of my early 70's and mid 70's 4X12's. OUTSIDE dimensions. Very thick plywood cabs with a lot of screws... so it'll be awhile before I will be able to check that- like years since I don't really have any reason to open them... hope this helps. Billy
