Just picked up an OR 120

How heavy is it?

I sure would like to try one out for myself to see how the F.A.C. works. Good luck with it and protect your ears!

It´s really heavy, like 22 kg. I thought my Rocker 30 was heavy.

They did reissue them in the 90's, but this one is from the mid 70's.

The tolex is in remarkable condition for a 70s model. Right on. Now get the new knobs of thee orange website (they sell em now) and restore it to glory!

I've been wondering about this- does swapping the EL34's with KT88's make it any louder?

I'm not sure louder is the right word, but it supposedly increases bass response, which might add to the perceived volume.

The OR120 sounded awesome at the gig the other night! We pummeled the audience with JoJo's OR120 and my RV100. The sound guy let us crank em as well, first sound person who let us have amazing stage volume and didn't tell us to turn them down.

It's a bit louder and much more bassier. A bit more compressed as well.
