I saw this a little while ago, and I thought it looked pretty sharp.

I owned a custom Artcore 103 (not really "custom", but it was the higher grade instrument line I guess) and it was an amazing guitar. I kick myself for selling that thing. I'd love to get another semi-hollow guitar, the feedback thing is really fun.

Yeah I had an artcore AS73 or something like that. I was too much of a noob back then and I didn't realize that the only thing i didn't like was that the tuners were horrible.

Yeah, and tuners aren't no big thang, you can replace those pretty easy.

Yeah, I'll have to take a chance on this guitar some time. We'll see. That'll be a long time in the future.

I would really like to get a hold of this one. Unfortunately, they seem to be special order in every shop around here. http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/prod ... sku=620811" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Yeah, it seems that way with this Ibanez guitar as well, I was hoping Guit Center would have a few but they're on special order. Bah.

Looks like a cool guitar. All of the Ibanez semi-hollow and hollow body guitars have been really well made. If you don't like the tuners, nut, or pickups, they can be replaced.

That's what I'm thinking. This guitar just has a very cool "raw" vibe that I totally dig. I also like the price. The pups, electronics, tuners, and nut are somewhat trivial (yes, I know it increases the cost, but I can live with alright stuff till I replace it, and the ability to upgrade over time and spread out the cost beats the big cost upfront for me).

Very cool looking... wonder if there's any trouble with the gradual break angle between the saddle and the string holes, maybe like the issues with a Jazzmaster.
